Never visited a price chopper before. But it is in an excellent location for students who live at UCONN. The selection was excellent and as good as any grocery stores back at home. The hot and fresh foods were plentiful. And I found some items I can't get at home and bought them to try. We also stocked the fridge for the local dorm room. Prices were reasonable, and a Starbucks was inside if you were looking for that. Parking was plentiful, and it is located off the main road.

The store is very convenient for students. Fruits are fresh. There are many options for freshly cooked lunch or dinner. We love the seafood section the most. Their fresh fishes are amazing and they also fry/steam it for you with your choice of spice for free. Their eating area in the upstairs is very good, too. But the prices are a little high for students.

I have been frequenting this particular Price Chopper store for almost 2 years now, generally speaking twice a week. I must say, that the staff is simply excellent! They are kind, helpful, and friendly. The quality of the quality is also great. I find that the prices in many cases are lower than I find elsewhere. My hat is off to the manager of the store. His first name is david. I don't know his last name, but he is a very excellent manager and a hard worker. Often times he has seen helping out the regular staff in the aisles stocking and also working with customers when they are issues. Every single person I've ever been involved with there has been as I noted above kind and helpful. I live in Hartford and I must say this store is a model Price Chopper store. I wish we had more of those in the Hartford area

Great grocery store with good prices and great deals! The cafe area up top is so nice for studying or just hanging out. Produce is very fresh.

While the selection could be a little better, the price cannot be beat compared to the nearby Big Y

We love this store mostly for its nice variety of fruits and veggies! And above all we absolutely 💯 love when we feel as a valued customer! Each time we go and we see Lisa she’s so sweet, kind and so generous to us and our daughter! We love seeing her because of her sweet welcoming personality! All staff should be held to these standards of addressing customers by greeting them and showing genuine interest and care!

Visited late at night during the summer. Very few people inside but the store was clean, bright and we'll stocked. The employee at the checkout was friendly. Plenty of parking available. Close to campus.
